This is Paul. Thanks for coming to my website! I have been an Auburn resident for about 20 years with my family. I’ve been in the real estate business for 10 years in various capacities. As well as being a loan officer, I hold a current General Contractor License. My experience includes buying, selling and financing investment properties, major rehab of fixers, 1031 tax-deferred Starker exchanges, and property management.

Being a loan officer is not just a ‘job’, but an extension of my passion for real estate. It’s important that the person you choose to secure financing for your home understands the ‘big picture’ when it comes to the largest investment you will typically make in your lifetime.
